火箭瑜伽 ROCKET YOGA

火箭瑜珈是由傳統Ashtanga 續列1到3級擷取精華而來。

火箭瑜珈系統跟Ashtanga 有許多類似之處,節奏略快一些,可以幫助練習者比較快速做到體位法,並給予練習者更大的彈性去挑戰。雖然火箭瑜珈屬於較進階的課程,但火箭的精神是”Rocket it your way”,每個人都可以火箭(ROCK IT!)

 

所有困難動作都有替代式,所以歡迎任何程度的同學來參加!

 

課程長度:1小時15分

適合族群:一般大眾、規律練習的瑜珈人、喜愛挑戰的朋友

Rocket yoga bases on extracting asanas from the Ashtanga Yoga Primary to Third Series. It shares similarities with Ashtanga yoga but practiced in a faster pace. It helps practitioners to get into the asana in quicker way, giving the practitioner more challenge. Although Rocket yoga belongs to a more advanced type of yoga, but its spirit is "Rocket it your way", meaning everyone can Rocket (rock it) so all the advanced asanas have modifications. Students of all levels are welcomed to experience it!

 

Suitable for everyone, yoga practitioners who practices regularly and people who loves challenges.
