基礎瑜伽 INTRO

在體位法練習中有許多細節,講求順位與身體的覺知、讓日常生活或站或坐都能找到穩定舒適。

 

引導初學者更認識自己的身體並建立不同部位的肌耐力、覺察力與活動度,同時慢慢熟悉瑜伽課堂中常用的術語、體位法名稱、呼吸與身體動作的搭配,在選擇不同瑜珈課種時,更容易上手。

 

適合族群:一般大眾、瑜珈初學者

 

In this class, students will be guided to slowly build up body-mind awareness, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and knowledge like common terms and asana names. It will support you to ease into different kinds of yoga classes. Students will learn the basic principles of yoga asanas and its alignment and start building body-mind awareness.
