上課須知

約課/取消須知

預約人數達2人即開課,開課前一天 22:00 未達開課人數的課程將會在app 顯示停課,

請提早約課,讓我們將瑜伽練習放入生活計畫中:)

 

開放預約時間:課程前 30天 00:00 開放預約

(例:1/30的課程將在 1/1凌晨 00:00 開放預約

已達開課人數的課程,最後預約時間:課前1小時

(例:12/17 18:45 的課程,為 12/17 17:44 為最後開放預約時間)

 

取消約課需在開課前 12 小時前的取消

(例:12/1 早上 08:30 課程,需在 11/30 晚上 20:29取消,未在課前 12 小時取消將扣課)

Attending A Class In-app Booking / Canceling 

The minimum class size is two people. If the minimum class size is not met, YOGA VIBES app will show the Suspended 

class a day prior to class date at 22:00.  

We strongly encourage booking classes in advance and setting up reminders for yourself in whichever way you prefer. :)

Classes will become available for booking 30 days prior to class date at 00:00.

(e.g. Classes on 01/30 will become avaiable for booking on 01/01 at 00:00)

The latest booking available is one hour prior to the class start time.

(e.g. Class on 12/17 at 18:45, the latest booking is available by 12/17 at 17:44)

 

If you become unable to attend the class, you must cancel the class booking 12 hours prior to class start time.

(e.g. Class on 12/01 at 08:30, you must cancel the booking the latest by 11/30 at 20:29. Failure to cancel or “no-show” will result in you being charged for the pre-booked class)

給新同學的溫馨提示

參觀教室請私訊預約,以免打擾正在進行中的課堂。

初次來到教室直接開門進入即可,無需按門鈴。

 

教室提供乾淨舒適的瑜伽墊、瑜珈磚、瑜伽抱枕、瑜伽繩。

請穿著瑜伽服或可自在活動的運動服裝,

並自行攜帶水壺(教室提供水)和毛巾,

依個人練習習慣可自備瑜伽鋪巾。

Everything you need to know before coming to YogaVibes

 

Visitors are welcome. However, we ask that you only visit the studio with an appointment and please do not ring the doorbell to avoid disturbing any ongoing classes. 

 

Props such as yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and yoga straps will be available for use in class.

Wear yoga clothing or something comfortable that allow you to move and stretch easily.

We recommend you to bring your own water bottle, and feel free to fill it up at our studio with filtered water. 

Bringing a small towel is always a good idea to wipe off sweat or cover your eyes during Savasana. 

You may also use a yoga towel to line the mat.

Virtual Class

Download Zoom app in advanced.

Use YOGA VIBES app to book the desire virtual class.

An invitation link, meeting ID and pass code will be provided.

Click on the link, or enter meeting ID and pass code to join virtual classroom on Zoom.

We strongly suggest that you use the same user name which you registered with us, as this will be a lot easier for the teacher to take attendance during virtual class. 

The reception team will also help check you in on the system.

♢ 在瑜伽練習中覺知自己的言、行、舉、止,
♢ 把來到瑜珈教室當作一個靜心,修復心性的儀式,共同愛護空間,
♢ 希望我們將這一份正念帶回到自己的生活中去。
♢ 上課前1.5小時內盡量不進食
♢ 進出教室請保持輕聲細語
♢ 手機請保持無聲、無震動
♢ 墊子使用後請消毒清潔、捲緊,排列整齊放回櫃子

Studio Etiquette

Prepare to get grounded the moment you walk in the door and make this a ritual by setting an intention.

Be as fully present as you can during the class, and hopefully bringing this mindfulness practice back into your daily life off the mat.

 

♢ We recommend that you arrive at the studio 10 minutes early to sign in and get settled.

♢ May we kindly remind you to finish your meal at least 1.5 hour prior to the class start time.

♢ Walk lightly, talk quietly and roll out your mat as smoothly as possible in the practice area.

♢ Store your personal belongings in the designated areas to prevent tripping during the class.

♢ Silence all electronic devices and put them away throughout the entire class session. 

♢ We ask that you sanitize the mat after each use, properly roll up and put back in the storage area.
